R1 Improve your fitness: over 4 weeks swim 1k.

I have done at least 10 lengths every week for over 4 weeks in order to do well at trials. I have firstly been to jellie park 2 times, then to pioneer, also to wharanui 3 times. I have practiced my breaststroke and my freestyle mostly because these were the ones I chose for swimming trials. I showed active thinking by training for my sport events.

My proof is that I did so well in swimming sports (forgot to take photos!)😂
