Peer mediation Leadership Merit 1

I have been remembering to turn up to my PM duty, I was showing leadership when my friends wanted me to just hang around the senior playground so we could chat but I said we can chat after my duty. My group didn't have to solve a problem that day, but we did have to sort out a few friend issues if that counts. I also encouraged some year 3 students to get involved because they asked if I knew what the PALS game was and I told them and they joined in!
