Games with none or minimal equiptment

In PE we have been participating in a variety of games that require little or no equipment.
Below is the Matrix which shows our progression in this unit of learning.

The table below shows my understanding of games with minimal or no equipment.
(Fill this table in, in as much detail as possible. )

Examples of Games that need minimal or no equipment.
What equipment would we usually need to play these games.
Why do we play games with minimal or no equipment?
Any tag games e.g Octopus or normal tag.

Silent ball

Games on the court e.g basketball or netball
Cones,  a ball, bibs, or a bat maybe?Because they are easy to set up and easy to understand and not complicated.

My Strengths.
Some things that I have done well during this unit of learning are listening to the instructions because I knew most of the games anyway.

My Next Steps.

Some things I could improve on when playing games with minimal or no equipment are getting more involved because I wasn't running around as much as other people were.

PE/Heath

WALT: Apply Striking and Fielding activities in a range of sports and activities.

My Strengths

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played was standing side on.

The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were aiming with my free hand and cupping my hands.

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to hold the bat tight because sometimes I let go of the bat and then I lose.

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to keep an eye on the ball because sometimes I lose concentration and lose the ball.

The game that I enjoyed the most was rounders because it was fun and I improved on everything.
